John DeLozier

John DeLozier is a key member of the 8x8 leadership team and holds the position of Channel Chief, VP Channel strategy and execution. John is highly decorated and well-respected in the channel community bringing more than 20 years of experience in business management and channel development. John’s charge includes overseeing the development and execution of the 8x8 partner program. John comes to 8x8 from CenturyLink, where he helped create the award-winning Channel Alliance Partner Program.

He also is responsible for the company’s digital ecosystem which involves digital engagement with the customers, from buying solutions to obtaining support and automated services for provisioning. A dynamic and passionate leader, Gaurav has held marketing executive roles since 1996 and has extensive experience creating enterprise marketing strategies to grow revenue. Throughout his career, Gaurav has continually pushed the boundaries combining both the art and science of marketing, to deliver the best possible outcomes for customers and the business.



Craig Schlagbaum

Vice President, Indirect Channels

Craig Schlagbaum is the Vice President of Indirect Channels for Comcast Business. In this role, Craig manages Comcast’s indirect channel team and the overall indirect channel programs for Comcast Business. Prior to Comcast, Craig managed the indirect channel team for Level 3 Communications and NTT/Verio and he was a key architect of the Qwest Business Partner Program. Craig has spent over 28 years in various indirect channel roles in sales, marketing, and business development with NTT/Verio, Qwest Communications, IBM Corporation, Sony Corporation, and Intelligent Electronics. Craig was recently named one of the Top 10 Channel Sales Leaders in CRN and was also named as a Channel Influencer in Channel Partners Magazine in ‘18, as well as a Top 10 Channel Chief for 10 years running from 2008 to 2018.  



Cary Tengler

Executive Director, National Partner Program

Cary Tengler is the Executive Director of the Comcast Business National Partner Program and is responsible for national indirect sales partnerships and strategic business development. Cary joined Comcast Business in 2011 with over 20 years of experience in technology and telecom markets. Prior to Comcast, he led Pillar Data Systems’ US channel sales efforts and at Level 3 Communications was responsible for the company’s Master Reseller and Technology Alliance programs. Cary has built and managed numerous channel sales programs at Apple, CBS, Simon & Schuster, and Verint. He is a recognized expert in the voice and data services field and speaks at numerous industry events. Cary received a BA from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Northeastern University.



Robert Shidla

Robert Shidla is Senior Manager of Emerging Technology for Verizon Wireless’ Enterprise and Market business segments. Robert has over 20 years of experience in the technology sector, including senior leadership positions in IoT architecture, information security,  professional services and software development. His current focus is on leading national consulting and architecture teams responsible for enabling Verizon’s global enterprise client’s complex IoT solutions by leveraging 4G and 5G networks, Wireless Security services, as well as Verizon’s ThingSpace platform. Robert holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Saint John’s University in Minnesota.
